Ordering a custom bundle has never been easier. Follow the steps below

Find the items you want

1. Browse through our extensive catalogue and choose from Safetywear to Chefswear. Live stock and pricing is included on the site. 

2. Choose the colour, sizes and quantity you would like to order.

3. Add personalisation, either embroidery or print or leave the clothing unbranded

4. Simply fill in your details and upload your logo. We ask for a minimum of 10 items for personalisation. We are happy for you to mix and match items (e.g 5 x T shirts, 4 x Polo Shirts 1 x Beanie)

5. Once you have placed your order and made payment we will begin setting up your logo. Setting up your logo is FREE when you order 10 or more items, we will then send a full set of professional proofs and mock ups for you to check prior to production.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my order take? We aim to deliver your order within 10 working days from the date paid. Sometimes during the year we may deliver a little quicker than this.

What logo's do you accept? It varies depending on the decoration you prefer. 

- - - -  FOR EMBROIDERY we accept jpg, pdf, tiff and even screenshots (within reason) - We can digitilise low res files for embroidery into stunning DST files, used in your proofs and mock ups.

- - - -  FOR DIGITAL PRINT we require a high res jpg or PDF. 

Do I need a High Res Logo?

The simple answer is no, when we convert files into embroidery files we can work with low res files in a variety of formats. In some circumstances when a logo is very low res and pixelated there maybe a problem. However this is rare and we will inform you of any issues.

I Want to Change the Colour of my Logo so it Stands out on the Garments, Can This be Done?

Yes we often get this request and it is not a problem. Quite often customers have black on their logo but would like to order black garments. Just make your purchase and let us know in the notes. You can always check its correct on the proofs prior to production.

Are there any Hidden Charges or Set up Fees?

These bundles include FREE digitilisation of your logo. Upto 15,000 stitches and may not include intricate logos with lots of details. However 99% of the time its FREE. We would inform you if your logo requires extra time and charges but it is rare.
